中国政府奖学金来华留学项目，是我国政府为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流与合作设立的来华留学奖学金项目。江西中医药大学是招收和培养中国政府奖学金生的高校之一，根据来华留学基金委相关政策，江西中医药大学2022年招录中国政府奖学金生。

The Chinese Government Scholarship Program was set up by our government for the promotion of mutual understanding and friendship between Chinese people and others from all over the world and for the exchange and cooperation between China and other countries in various fields. Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine is one of the scholarship schools recruit and cultivate Chinese Government Scholarship students. According to the relevant policies of China Scholarship Council, Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine is going to recruit Chinese Government Scholarship students in 2022.

一、申请资格

1.申请人须为非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文要求；

2.身体健康状况良好；

3.学历和年龄要求：

—攻读硕士学位者，应当具有医学相关学士学位或同等学力，且学业成绩优良，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

—攻读博士学位者，应当具有医学相关硕士学位或同等学力，且学业成绩优良，年龄一般不超过40周岁；

4.如申请授课语言为汉语的，汉语水平要达到HSK四级。曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，则无需提供。

ⅠEligibility

1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens,the conditions set by Documents No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC should be met.

2) Applicants should be in healthy physical condition；

3) Education and age requirement；

-Applicants for master’s degree must have excellent performance with a bachelor’s degree (degree in medicine or related discipline) or equivalent and be under the age of 35；

- Applicants for Ph.D. must have excellent performance with master’s degree (degree in medicine or related discipline) or equivalent and be under the age of 40；

4) Applicants who apply for Chinese-taught program should reach HSK level 4. Those who have obtained degree from Chinese university which uses Chinese as the teaching language are not required.

二、申请材料

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》。申请人通过国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register）填写和提交《中国政府奖学金申请表》。网上报名所需受理机构编号为10412,留学项目种类B类；

2.个人普通护照首页；

3.经公证的最高学历；

4.经公证的本人学习成绩单。攻读硕士学位者须提供本科阶段成绩单；攻读博士学位者须提供本科阶段和硕士研究生阶段成绩单；

5.两封相关专业教授或副教授的推荐信；

6.学术论文或成果；

7.语言能力证明。HSK证书或托福/雅思成绩单；

8.来华学习计划。不少于1000字，用中文或英文书写；

9.《外国人体格检查表》；

10.无犯罪记录证明；

11.两寸白底证件照。

ⅡApplication Materials

1. Applicants shall log on the CSC Online Application System for Study in China. Applicants should fill in and submit the application form for the Chinese Government Scholarship via the CSC online application system（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register）. Agency No. of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine is 10412 and program Category is type B；

2. Copy of passport Home page；

3.Notarized highest diploma；

4. Notarized transcripts. Applicants for master’s degree should provide undergraduate transcripts, and those for doctoral degree should provide undergraduate transcripts and graduate transcripts；

5. Two letters of recommendation from a professor or associate professor in relevant fields；

6. Academic papers or achievements；

7. Language certificate. HSK certificate or TOEFL/IELTS certificate；

8. A study plan no less than 1000 words in Chinese or English；

9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English；

10. Non-criminal Record report；

11. Two-inch photo with white background；

12. Pre-admission documents（issued by university）.

三、申请时间和方式

申请人于2022年4月10日前通过国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register）填写和提交。申请人在系统报名前，请提前与我校联系admissioninjxutcm@163.com。

五、学费标准和奖学金

中国政府奖学金学生学费，硕士研究生为25000元/年；博士研究生为30000元/年。

留学基金委对就读我校的中国政府奖学金生提供奖学金。奖学金含学费、住宿费、保险费和生活费。

备注：获得我校中国政府奖学金预录取通知书的申请者，还需通过留学基金委审核。如审核不过，将不予录取为中国政府奖学金生，但申请者还可以申请我校其他研究生项目。

ⅤFees and Scholarship

In Chinese Government Scholarship Program, the fee for master’s degree is 25000 yuan/per year, the fee for a doctoral degree is 30000yuan/per year.

CSC will provide scholarships to students who studying in our university. The scholarship includes tuition, accommodation,insurance fees and living allowance while staying in China.

Tips: Applicants need to get approval from CSC even if you already got pre-admission documents from school. Those who fail in CSC approval process will not be admitted as Chinese Government Scholarship students, but can also apply for other postgraduate programs in our university.

六、录取与报到注册

1.学校对学生的申请材料进行审核，并安排面试，择优录取。

2.拟录取人选由学校报国家留学基金委审核，审核合格后由学校向学生邮寄《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）等相关资料。

3.中国政府奖学金新生应在规定时间内到校报到注册。不能按时报到者，须向学校说明情况。无故逾期两周不报到者，报留学基金委后，取消入学资格。

ⅥAdmission and Registration

1.School will review all applicants‘application materials, arrange the admission interview and select the outstanding students.

2. School will send qualified applicants to China Scholarship Council to get approval. After approval by China Scholarship Council, the school will mail Admission Notice, Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201), and other documents to students.

3. New Chinese Government Scholarship students should register before the registration deadline. Anyone unable to register on time should apply to school. Those who fail to register within two weeks without reasonable reason will be disqualified after reporting to China Scholarship Council.

七、其他

1.被录取的学生应需持申请时递交的材料原件，按JW201表上规定的时间到江西中医药大学办理报到手续，新冠疫情期间报到时间学校另行通知。

2.学校将在国际学生报到时进行资格复查，有以下情形之一者，由学校报留基委备案取消其入学资格：所持材料与申请时所提交材料不一致，体检不合格，或其他违规行为。所产生的各类费用由学生本人承担。

3.奖学金获得者来华后将按照中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理，根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》参加奖学金年度评审。奖学金年度评审不合格者，将被中止或取消奖学金资格。

4.有关中国政府奖学金的其他要求请查询国家留学基金委网站。

ⅦOthers

1. Admitted applicants should bring original documents to register at Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine on time for the official registration as scheduled on the JW201. In addition, please wait for further notice due to COVID-19 about registration time 2022.

2. School will recheck the applicant’s documents when the applicant arrives at school. The school has the right to reject his or her registration and report it to CSC under the following circumstances: he or she provided unauthentic or inconsistent materials for application, failed in the physical examination or other violations. All expenses incurred have to be paid on his/her own.

3. Scholarship students have to follow the relevant regulations of Chinese Government Scholarship. Scholarship students must go through the annual review of the Chinese Government Scholarship. If failed in the annual review, the scholarship qualification will be terminated or disqualified.

八、监督与投诉

招生工作严格按照招生政策、原则、程序开展工作，严格遵守招生纪律，招生录取工作全程接受国际教育学院及学校纪检监察的监督。任何组织或个人，对招生工作中存在的异议，可向国际教育学院或学校纪律检查办公室反映。

ⅧSupervision and Complaint

The recruitment work shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recruitment policies, principles, and procedures, and the recruitment discipline shall be strictly observed. The recruitment and admission work should be fully supervised by the International Education College and the discipline inspection and supervision department of the Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine.

Any organization or individual who has objection to the recruitment and admission work can report it to the international education college or the office of Discipline Inspection.
