2023 Admission in Chinese Government Scholarship Undergraduate Program
Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine
中国政府奖学金国别项目系中国政府与有关国家政府、机构、学校以及国际组织等签订的教育交流与合作协议或达成的共识所提供的全额奖学金或部分奖学金。江西中医药大学是招收和培养中国政府奖学金生的高校之一，根据来华留学基金委相关政策，江西中医药大学2023年招录中国政府奖学金国别项目来华留学生。
The Chinese Government Scholarship Bilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and the governments of other countries, institutions, universities, or international organizations. Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine is one of the designated universities that recruit and cultivate Chinese Government Scholarship students. According to the relevant policies of China Scholarship Council, Jiangxi University of the Chinese Medicine is going to recruit Chinese Government Scholarship undergraduate students in 2023.
一、申请条件
1.申请人须为非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文要求；
2.遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度，身体健康状况良好，无犯罪记录；
3.申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中毕业同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；
4.汉语水平考试HSK四级。
Ⅰ Eligibility
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and meet the requirements set by the Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC;
2. Applicants should abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the University, be in the healthy physical condition and have no criminal record;
3. Applicants for bachelor’s degree must have excellent performance with a high school diploma or equivalent and be under the age of 25;
4. Applicants should reach HSK level 4.
二、申请材料
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）；
2.普通护照首页。申请人须提交有效期晚于2024年3月1日本人普通护照的首页清晰扫描件；
3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.经公证的本人学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5.语言能力证明。HSK四级成绩报告单；
6.预录取材料。经我校初审和面试后，符合专业要求的申请者，学校将为其出具预录取通知书；
7.来华学习或研究计划。不少于300字，用中文或英文书写；
8.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；
9.《外国人体格检查表》，检查结果有效期为6个月；
10.无犯罪记录证明，应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
11.两寸白底证件照。
Ⅱ Application Materials
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (filled in Chinese or English);
2. Scanned copy of the passport front page (photo page) with a validity period later than March 1, 2024;
3. Notarized highest diploma (photocopy); Prospective diploma recipients must submit official documents issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Texts other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English;
4. Notarized transcripts.. For transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English, a notarized Chinese or English translation is required;
5. Certificate of language proficiency: HSK level 4 certificate;
6. Pre-admission Letter. After the preliminary examination and interview, the school will issue a pre-admission letter to the applicants who meet the major requirements;
7. A study plan written in Chinese or English within no less than 300 words;
8. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit the relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China;
9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English. The examination result is valid for 6 months;
10. Non-criminal Record Certificate, issued within 6 months prior to the application submission date;
11. Two-inch photo with white background.
三、申请专业、学制和授课语言
申请者可申请就读我校中医学（五年制）、中药学（四年制）和针灸推拿学（五年制）。
以上专业均采用汉语授课。
Ⅲ Majors and Teaching length
Applicants can apply to study in Bachelor program in Chinese Medicine (5-year), Traditional Chinese Pharmacy (4-year) or Acupuncture and Moxibustion (5-year).
The teaching media are all in Chinese.
四、奖学金
国家留学基金委对就读我校的中国政府奖学金生国别类项目（本科生）提供奖学金。具体资助金额请查询国家留学基金委网站。
Ⅳ Scholarship
CSC will provide scholarship for students who study at our university. For more scholarship information please check the China Scholarship Council website.
五、申请方式和时间
1.申请人在规定时间内向本国留学生派遣部门提出申请，并获得推荐资格。具体申请时间请向本国留学生派遣部门查询。
2.登录“国家留学基金委”（网址http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua），网上填写并在线提交申请信息。申请人在系统报名时，请通过邮件与与我校联系admissioninjxutcm@163.com。
Ⅴ Application
1. Applicants should apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country and obtain the recommended qualification. Please consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline of each year.
2. Applicants should complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International students (Visithttp://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua)and submit online application information. Please contact our college by sending email toadmissioninjxutcm@163.comduring the online application procedure.
六、其他
1.国家留学基金委确认录取后，会将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）寄送中国驻所在国大使馆（或总领事馆），使馆通知学生到馆领取；
2.奖学金获得者来华后不得变更《录取通知书》上的录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；奖学金资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习（预科）的期限，原则上不予延长。
3.中国政府奖学金新生应在规定时间内到校报到注册。不能按时报到者，须向学校说明情况。无故逾期两周不报到者，报留学基金委后，取消入学资格。
4.奖学金获得者来华后将按照中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理，根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》参加奖学金年度评审。奖学金年度评审不合格者，将被中止或取消奖学金资格。
5.有关中国政府奖学金的其他要求请查询国家留学基金委网站。
Ⅵ Others
1. After the admission is confirmed, China Scholarship Council will send the “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China (JW201)” to the Chinese Embassy (or Chinese Consulate). The students will be informed to pick it up at the Embassy;
2. Scholarship students shall not be allowed to change their host university, the field of study, or duration of study. The duration of the scholarship is the period of the study determined at the time of admission, including the period of professional study and Chinese language tutoring (preparatory course). In principle, it can’t be extended.
3. New Chinese Government Scholarship students should complete registration procedures before the registration deadline. Those who are unable to register on time should report to the school in advance. Those who have failed to register two weeks after the deadline will be disqualified after reporting to the China Scholarship Council.
4. Scholarship students should observe the relevant regulations on the Chinese Government Scholarship. Scholarship students must go through the annual review of the Chinese Government Scholarship. If the students failed in the annual review, the scholarship will be terminated or canceled.
